"Kami Machi Sana-chan" follows Takao Sana, a teenage runaway wandering the streets of modern Tokyo after fleeing home, who downloads the mysterious app "Diafre" (Dear Friend) to find shelter with supposed "gods." Desperate and out of money, she encounters Hachijou Kei, an office worker with a fiancée who offers her a place to stay in exchange for her body, drawing her into a world of secretive pleasure and moral ambiguity. As her hesitant services evolve into waves of ecstasy, Sana grapples with whether this "salvation" will redeem her or plunge her deeper into lustful depravity.
