A newly appointed school guidance counselor, Toshikazu Fujimi, acquires hypnotic drugs that allow him to manipulate the will of any female student he targets. Using these powers, he exploits the hidden desires of students who come to him for counseling, setting in motion a series of taboo encounters within the school.
