"Sansha Mendan: Rensa Suru Chijoku Choukyou no Gakuen" follows the dark and explicit story of Ryou Kawabata, a high school student who forcibly corrupts and sexually dominates female teachers and students, continuing his reign of degradation at a new school. After being expelled under the guise of a transfer due to his heinous acts, Ryou meets Aina Hagiura, the twin sister of a previous victim, and sets out to break her as well, using manipulation and blackmail to expand his control over the school's female staff and students.
